Chief Alliance is the premier not for profit Medical Cannabis delivery service for Fresno County.? All of our medication is free to members as we do accept a minimum contribution per item to continue this service. We are a collective of artist, musicians, professionals, laborers, executives & many more. We are united by our medical conditions that are aided with the consumption of medical cannabis and a common vision of improving the quality of life around Fresno County. Americans spend millions of dollars each year on cannabis for relief with most of the proceeds going towards illegal drug cartels. Your contributions to CA will support local good cause organizations, artists, people, musicians and talented individuals we feel can advance Fresno and its culture . By becoming a member of CA you will have access to top grade, potent, organically grown cannabis cultivated by our members for our members in complete accordance with health and safety code §11362.5 and §11362.7 as per S.B. 420 and Prop. 215. Chief Alliance medical cannabis delivery service is the solution to the denial of the peoples right to safe access of medical cannabis in Fresno County. We will continue to fight for the right to acquire medical cannabis in a manner that is not discriminatory to people with clinically diagnosed ailments by working alongside other national known organizations that support this cause.
